First Post!!

Hello Lovely Blog Viewers!!

It's a chilly May evening here in Germany so I thought tonight would be an excellent time to start up my new blog! I guess it'd only be appropriate for me to begin a blog by introducing myself. So, here goes!

My name (as I'm sure you've guessed by now) is Emma Grace. At the end of this year I'll be 18 years old! I'm so excited!! Maybe a few of you are wondering what nationality I am since I am living in Germany, but writing in English. I happen to be an American who has lived here in Deutschland for nearly 5 years due to my dad's position working for the military. It's been so incredible being able to experience and embrace this interesting culture while living here!I've had the opportunity to visit so many different countries!! Some of my favorite countries thus far are: France, Belgium, and Switzerland. Those are just a few of the numerous places I've gotten to see! Isn't that just amazing?! I am so blessed!

I have four swell siblings that are all very talented! My eldest sister (21) works in a small boutique on one of the nearby American military bases. She'll be going to Romania for the entire summer to intern at an orphanage! My other older sister (20) is currently attending a college in the states. Though right now she's studying abroad in England for a semester! Then there's me! I recently went to an amazing professional ballet school about an hour away from where I live. The last semester I was there I went to their university level, so I lived in my own apartment for several months! Right now I am a teacher and student at a smaller dance studio nearer to where I live. I'll continue going there until next fall (2016) when I go to college in the states! Or at least that's the plan right now. My 15 year old brother is an incredible soccer player on a German team. Germans are obsessed with soccer, so their teams tend to be really awesome and competitive. My youngest brother (12) is a junior black belt in karate. He goes to many competitions and almost always gets first place! He's a very diligent student!

I can't forget about my parents! My father and mother are the most inspiring people I've had the privilege of meeting! They sacrifice so much for their children! They've always taught my siblings and me to keep our priorities straight. God always comes first!!

I have many interests and hobbies other than ballet, though that is my favorite thing to do! Hopefully as my blog expands you will get a chance to get to know me a little bit better! And hopefully tomorrow with the start of the new month will come sunny weather for Germany!!

Sincerely,
Emma Grace
